I organize an offline or online Zoom meeting with the client to discuss details and fill out the brief. This helps to better understand the task and start the work faster. Within 1-2 days after the meeting, a commercial proposal is provided, outlining the scope, timeline, and suggested pricing options.
✦ Agreement
After approving the commercial proposal, a detailed technical specification (TS) is created and attached to the Agreement as Appendix No. 1. The Agreement is then signed, the client makes a 70% prepayment, and work begins.
✦ Prototype Creation
I analyze competitor websites in your industry, develop the website project, and plan the integration of necessary services for analytics and data collection (CRM).
A logical website structure is created, focusing on the placement of sections, buttons, text, graphics, and photos in alignment with the project requirements.✦ Concept and Design
After the prototype is approved, I create the website design layout based on references, brand identity, and the technical specifications.
✦ Development
I transfer the design layout to the chosen platform, configure all necessary settings, adapt the website for various screen sizes, and perform internal SEO optimization.
✦ Website Launch
I check the website for technical and typographical errors.
You review the completed website, and after approval, make the second payment.✦ Support
I provide a video tutorial on how to manage the website and offer technical support for two weeks.
Edits taking up to 15 minutes are free; anything beyond that is billed at $25/hour.
