Client
"Dbay" is a leading expert in manufacturing process automation. The company implements tailored solutions for businesses, optimizing processes using Toyota methodology.
They provide services in selecting and implementing ERP systems, configuring server infrastructure and workstations, accounting setups, and creating financial reports.
Task
Development of a new multilingual website for the rebranding of "Dbay." The primary goal is to showcase the company's services, increase brand recognition, and attract new clients by enabling consultation requests.
The website should be user-friendly, visually appealing, multilingual (Ukrainian/English), and ensure efficient communication.
Prototyping
During the prototyping stage, we focused on key details to ensure efficiency and optimization:
● Site Structure: Together with the client, we determined the number of pages and subpages, allowing us to clearly envision how the site would function and how users would navigate between sections.
● UX (User Experience): The prototype was designed to make each block and element intuitive for users. We implemented user-friendly navigation, clear content hierarchy, and logical element distribution.
● SEO Optimization: Key factors were addressed to ensure fast loading times across different devices and locations. This included optimizing each page for search engines.
Design Concept
We proposed two solutions in a similar style, based on the brand's colors and elements:
● Colors: Blue and orange
● Brand Elements: Incorporated square shapes from the logo, symbolizing pixels that connect the business with its solutions
As a result, we combined both concepts into a cohesive design, using the first option as the foundation and adding the contrasting blue background from the second. To create a lighter and more airy feel, we introduced a light blue background and used vibrant blue for accents.
Design
Our design focused on clarity and simplicity to make a complex topic easier to understand. A key aspect was showcasing the client’s expertise, so we emphasized numbers, such as:
"Up to 20% cost reduction" — these figures add specificity and clearly demonstrate the benefits of the company’s services.
All elements, colors, and structures were chosen to ensure the website is user-friendly and effectively represents the services offered.
SEO Optimization
At every stage of development, we focused on SEO to ensure maximum site visibility in search engines:
● Content and Metadata Optimization — All key terms relevant to the target audience were integrated into the content, increasing the relevance of pages in search results.
● Structure and URL Adjustment — We configured user-friendly URLs, making the site more attractive for search engine indexing.
● Internal Linking — A well-thought-out internal linking strategy improves navigation for both users and bots while efficiently distributing link weight across pages.
● Keyword Balance — Avoiding keyword stuffing, we organically integrated keywords to ensure natural content perception by search engines.
Additional Services
● SEO Optimization: Comprehensive optimization for better visibility in search engines.
● English Website Version: Translation for an international audience, enabling work with foreign clients.
● Corporate Email via Google Workspace: Setup for efficient management of business communications.
● Telegram Bot: Configured for automatic notifications about new leads and inquiries.
Result
After project completion, the client received a website that meets all business goals and requirements:
● The site is fast, stable, and adapted to all screens and devices.
● A unique design fully integrated with brand elements emphasizes corporate identity.
● The website is easy to navigate, with clearly structured blocks and user-friendly content.
