We developed a multi-page website for the NGO "Green-Landia" to highlight their vital mission and support women and girls in need. The site showcases the organization’s wide-ranging efforts, from providing free psychological and medical support to creating safe spaces where women can connect, grow, and regain their inner strength.
The NGO "Green-Landia" is a team of professionals dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of women and girls in the communities of Kharkiv, Poltava, and parts of Donetsk regions.
Over three years, the organization has engaged more than 100 specialists, established 8 support spaces for women, and provided psychological assistance to over 20,000 women.
To create a multi-page website that clearly communicates the organization’s mission and activities, motivates support and assistance, and serves as evidence of "Green-Landia’s" sustainability and impact.
The website should be available in Ukrainian and English to reach a broad audience, including potential donors and partners.
The page structure was based on an analysis of the key needs of the target audience: women seeking support, partners willing to help, and donors.
We developed user-friendly navigation that allows quick access to information about services, ongoing projects, news, and collaboration opportunities. During this stage, we completed:
● Project Analysis: Assessed the client’s needs and studied the NGO’s mission, key services, and target audience.
● Website Structure Development: Designed logical navigation, including the homepage, sections on projects, activities, collaboration opportunities, and contact details.
● Prototype Presentations: Conducted three online presentations to align with the client and make adjustments as needed.
The visual design reflects the mission of "Green-Landia"—to support, inspire, and assist. For the design, we:
● Used Key Colors: Shades of green and soft natural tones to emphasize the ecological theme.
● Incorporated Symbols: Plant icons and imagery to highlight the environmental focus.
● Focused on Warm Visuals: Included elements that convey warmth, trust, and openness, such as illustrations and photos of the team and events.
● SEO Optimization: Enhanced the website's visibility in search engines, increasing user engagement.
● English Version: Added an English version of the site.
● Analytics Integration: Connected tools to collect visitor data.
● Video Tutorials: Created detailed video instructions for site administration, enabling the NGO team to update content independently.
A modern website was created to help "Green-Landia" effectively fulfill its mission and attract support. The site serves as both an informational platform and a motivator for donors and partners to participate in the organization’s mission.
