Hi! My name is Yevhen, and I’m the founder of the Beegom team. We are a group of professionals who help businesses quickly and effectively enter the online world using no-code platforms. Our mission is to simplify and accelerate the digital transformation of businesses, making it accessible to everyone.

We specialize in website development, CRM implementation, advertising campaign setup, and integration of various tools to ensure our clients' businesses operate as efficiently as possible. Currently, we are looking for someone to help us expand our client base — a Sales Manager.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for a Sales Manager who will play a key role in our team. This position involves actively seeking new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and assisting with deal closures. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the client’s needs and offer the best solutions from our range of services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finding New Clients: Actively identify potential clients through social media, network marketing, and other channels.2. Presenting Services: Conduct meetings and presentations, both online and offline, to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.3. Preparing Commercial Proposals: Develop and adapt proposals based on the client’s needs.4. Maintaining Communication: Stay in touch with existing clients, keeping them informed about new services, discounts, and promotion.5. Deal Preparation: Assist in drafting contracts and other required documents for closing deals.6. Team Communication: Provide feedback from clients to the team, helping to better understand their needs and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

● Sales Experience: At least one year of experience in sales (experience in the digital field is a plus).
Client Management Skills: Ability to identify client needs and offer the most beneficial solution.
Communication Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian, strong verbal skills, and the ability to listen effectively and ask the right questions.
Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about no-code platforms and our services for effective client communication.
CRM Skills: Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., KeyCRM, SalesDrive) for managing client databases.
