The site underwent a full transformation: we preserved its core strengths — SEO, content, and structure — but redesigned everything that was holding it back. The new website is visually light, user-friendly, and ready for growth, AI integrations, and new learning formats.
Key Information
Client
BogushTime is an educational company with over 15 years of experience. It teaches time management, goal achievement, and the integration of AI into daily workflows. Their proprietary methods have been implemented in hundreds of companies across Ukraine and beyond.
Quick facts:
● 100,000+ program graduates
● 1,000+ client companies, including the Ukrainian edition of Forbes
● Proprietary educational products in both online and offline formats
● An original time management system and the BogushBook planner
Task
The initial request from the client was technical: the old platform didn’t support a Ukrainian version of the site. This became a major obstacle within the company’s updated communication strategy. After a preliminary audit with our team, it became clear that the issue went far beyond language. The old website suffered from poor navigation, outdated UX, and no longer reflected the company’s current positioning.
Key objectives:● Migrate to a new platform with multilingual support (WordPress)● Redesign the site structure for better logic and usability● Refresh the brand identity and visual language● Prepare the site for future scaling and automation
This project demonstrates how a website redesign can become a catalyst for business growth. We didn’t just update the visuals — we reimagined the navigation logic, content structure, training taxonomy, and overall brand communication. The new website isn’t a copy of the old one; it’s a tool tailored to the current and future needs of BogushTime.
1. Prototyping
We analyzed the old website’s structure and developed a new logic with filters, a unified training database, and dedicated pages. Content was reorganized and a text-based prototype was prepared.
2. Design
We created a new visual language: clean layout, soft animations, fluid shapes, and symbolic elements of time and movement. The new identity feels fresh, modern, and accessible to a wider audience.
3. Functionality
The site was built on WordPress with a custom filter, sign-up forms, payment integration, and email automation. The entire structure is optimized for scaling and easy content management.
4. SEO & Optimization
We preserved the URL structure for key pages, set up proper redirects, and ensured technical SEO and fast loading speeds.
We didn’t just migrate the old content — we started with a deep analysis: gathering client requirements, studying user behavior, and reviewing competitors. Based on this, we created a detailed text-based prototype with new page divisions, a refined training logic, and dedicated blocks for sales, lead generation, and trust-building.
What we did:
● Evaluated the structure of the old website and identified UX flaws
● Created a new architecture with clear page types and content segmentation
● Outlined key sections: training, projects, blog, event calendar
● Mapped out a filtering logic for training programs
● Prepared a text-based prototype, aligned step by step with the client

Visual identity didn’t reflect the brand’s new values: dark banners, heavy backgrounds

A fresh visual style: light color palette, soft animations, signature metaphors of time (hummingbird and orbits)
We moved away from dark banners and the old reserved style. The new design embraces light, space, motion, and the concept of time woven into the details. The core idea was to reflect movement, flexibility, and a modern mindset.
What we focused on:
● A light base with soft grey and white backgrounds
● Block animations on the hero section to create a sense of motion
● Visual emphasis on AI — instead of a cliché robotic arm, we introduced a robo-hummingbird as a metaphor for precision, lightness, and agility
● Orbital elements to suggest systems thinking and depth
● Modern typography with improved contrast and readability
Additional Services
In addition to the redesign, we implemented a set of solutions to ensure convenience in site management and readiness for future scaling.
What we additionally delivered:
● Integrated a payment system for ordering trainings and digital products
● Set up email automation via SendPulse to collect subscribers automatically
● CRM integration with kommo.com.ua
● Installed analytics tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Clarity
● Implemented a multilingual structure: Ukrainian and Russian versions
● Responsive layout and speed optimization
Result
The client received more than just a refreshed website — they gained a scalable, sales-ready, and educational platform that fully represents their brand. The visual design and logic now reflect BogushTime’s values and support the company’s ongoing growth.
Final outcomes:
● A robust educational website with intuitive navigation
● A new training structure that’s convenient for both users and the internal team
● A modern style with visual metaphors that emphasize expertise
● A foundation ready for AI integration, automation, and expansion
Redesigning a website isn’t just about “refreshing the visuals.” It’s a chance to rethink the entire platform — from structure and UX to how your brand is positioned.
